We provide lawyers, bankruptcy trustees, civil-law notaries and their insurers with representation when facing claims or civil liability proceedings. Before we begin, we carefully weigh the risks and the opportunities, including the personal and financial stakes. We then sit down with our client to decide what strategy to pursue.

We always try to identify a suitable and practical solution, preferably without going to court. If legal proceedings prove unavoidable, however, we will do whatever it takes to achieve the desired outcome.
